1 PB Mechanix Plug Insert
1 Plug-to-Body O-ring
1 10/32 Shortened Frame Screw

NOTE: DO NOT USE THE STOCK FRAME SCREW SIZE, AS IT WILL BOTTOM OUT INSIDE THE PLUG AND RUIN THE PLUG, USE ONLY THE SHORTENED SIZE PROVIDED.

DIRECTIONS
1. Remove frame and hoses from your Bob Long Intimidator.
2. Be sure that your front frame screw body hole is clean.
3. Apply small amount of DOW55 to Oring on plug.
4. Apply a drop of RED LOC TITE to the MALE THREADS of the Plug.
5. Screw the plug in to the front frame screw hole by hand until tight.
6. Using a crescent wrench or appropriate socket wrench, run the plug in until it is very snug
(DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN OR YOU WILL STRIP THE BODY HOLE OUT)
7. Allow Loctite to Dry and Cure for 24 hours BEFORE airing up the marker to check for leaks.
(Use a heat gun & apply heat to front frame hole area to speed curing process)
8. Air up your marker to test for leaks.
